Awards

1. The organizer is not responsible for overdue, lost, incomplete (such as incomplete item filling or blanks), or unreadable submissions. Teams facing the above issues will not qualify for the event draw, and the organizer will not provide separate notifications.
2. Internal distribution of work or equity within participating teams (such as prize collection and distribution) should be handled by the teams themselves and is not the responsibility of the organizer.
3. Competition prizes will be awarded in New Taiwan Dollars, and the recipient (or their guardian) will receive the amount calculated at the current exchange rate.

4. Competition prizes will be processed according to Taiwan's income tax laws. If the winner is a Taiwanese resident, tax withholding will be based on the standard withholding rates for various types of income, as stipulated by the Ministry of Finance.; if the winner is not a Taiwanese resident, income tax must be withheld:

   • If the winner resides or stays in Taiwan for a total of 183 days or more in the current year, a withholding tax of 10% will be applied based on the payment amount.
   • If the winner resides or stays in Taiwan for less than 183 days in the current year, a withholding tax of 20% will be applied based on the payment amount.
5. Winners are responsible for any fees or taxes related to financial procedures in their respective countries. If additional fees arise depending on the country, winners must bear the costs.
6. After the remittance, all participants will be notified, and the time for participants to receive the prize money may be affected by financial procedures in various countries.
7. The organizer reserves the right to make final modifications, changes, interpretations, and cancellations of this event. Any updates will be announced on the website, without further individual notifications.
